It's an absolute gem! Very close to the National Museum ("Lucy"). We ordered the family platter for 2,000br - had over 10 varieties of local cousins, including lots of meat, on top of a huge injera - it was an awesome experience! Super kind and attentive service as well. With drinks and coffee, the 3 of us didn't even reach $20. Nice atmosphere as well, highly recommend for foreigners to experience (all the customers were local anyway).

A traditional Ethiopian gem with fresh meat out front. Traditional coffee, too!

Easy to miss but it’s a great place for coffee. It’s hidden away from the very noisy main road so you can have a decent conversation.

Considering its location is a bit beyond the center, this is a great destination for seeing “the real Addis Ababa.” Best of Nice's list of favorite medium-priced best restaurants in Nice: all are delicious. It has outdoor and indoor sitting areas.

Good restaurant. We ordered "Agelgel" Ethiopian dish with my dad. Enough for two. Great taste of food. One thing is the order takes a while to get to our table.
